I just had such a positive experience over at Loving Touch Pet Salon and I’m so happy I stopped in there. I had just gotten my dog groomed somewhere else and was unhappy with the job they did, leaving certain spots too long or uneven, not dealing with some minor matting, etc. I call Loving Pet Salon the same day maybe an hour before they closed and they were more than happy to have us come in right away for a quick touch up to fix what the previous groomer should have done. They were able to do exactly what I was looking for and were done within a few minutes while I waited there. And in the end they didn’t even charge me for the touch up and refused even when I tried! They were just happy to help us out and leave our little man looking handsome and dapper. I’d return there just based on the customer service and positive vibes alone, but also seeing how well cut and styled all the other dogs there looked I’m confident they would do a great job once it’s time for our next grooming, and we will definitely be returning here for that. Thank you again!
Christina is an absolute angel!!! I have been seeing her for years with my bichon frise and she treats him as if he was her own fur baby! She takes such good care of him and makes him look oh so handsome, even though he is a tough boy when he is with her! I can’t recommend Christina enough, she does her job because she absolutely loves it and that really translates into her work! The whole salon is just the best best place for dog grooming!!!
